Dear Mr GrantI felt compelled to write because today`s headline and the one-sidedness of the article disgusted me.Although top managers will insist on getting more, their proposal actually means that the wee man is getting things taken away from him, e.g. a pay rise below inflation, without any new negotiations for the next three years. This is those who work for low wages anyway, and, in the current financial climate, the proposal, although generous for some staff, is unacceptable for most of us.Yours sincerely(me) (who will definitely participate in the industrial action!)
